A fast compound direct iterative algorithm for solving transient line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) problems is presented. First, by introducing a special matrix splitting iteration method into the traditional compound direct iterative method, the full matrices for the linear systems of equations are transformed into sparse banded ones with any half-bandwidth; then, an extended Thomas method which can solve banded linear systems with any half-bandwidth is derived to accelerate the computing speed. Through the above two steps, the computational complexity of each iteration is reduced approximately from O(N3/3) to O(β2N), where N is the total number of nodes, and β is the half-bandwidth. Two kinds of numerical results of transient EHL line contact problems under sinusoidal excitation or pure normal approach process are obtained. The results demonstrate that the new algorithm increases computing speed several times more than the traditional compound direct iterative method with the same numerical precision. Also the results show that the new algorithm can get the best computing speed and robustness when the ratio, half-bandwidth to total number of nodes, is about 7.5%–10.0% in moderate load cases.

通过共混造粒热压方法制备聚丙烯(PP)基木塑复合材料(WPC),用差示扫描量热法研究其非等温结晶行为,分别用Jeziorny 法和Mo法对所得的数据进行处理分析。结果表明:Jeziorny 法和Mo法能较理想地处理PP 基WPC的非等温结晶过程,复合材料中木粉的加入缩短了结晶时间,提高了PP 的结晶温度,降低了结晶速率。

Billet optimization can greatly improve the forming quality of the transitional region in the isothermal local loading forming (ILLF) of large-scale Ti-alloy rib-web components. However, the final quality of the transitional region may be deteriorated by uncontrollable factors, such as the manufacturing tolerance of the preforming billet, fluctuation of the stroke length, and friction factor. Thus, a dual-response surface method (RSM)-based robust optimization of the billet was proposed to address the uncontrollable factors in transitional region of the ILLF. Given that the die underfilling and folding defect are two key factors that influence the forming quality of the transitional region, minimizing the mean and standard deviation of the die underfilling rate and avoiding folding defect were defined as the objective function and constraint condition in robust optimization. Then, the cross array design was constructed, a dual-RSM model was established for the mean and standard deviation of the die underfilling rate by considering the size parameters of the billet and uncontrollable factors. Subsequently, an optimum solution was derived to achieve the robust optimization of the billet. A case study on robust optimization was conducted. Good results were attained for improving the die filling and avoiding folding defect, suggesting that the robust optimization of the billet in the transitional region of the ILLF was efficient and reliable.

病毒载量测量对于人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV) 阳性患者长期临床护理来说是一个必不可少的工具。然而,考虑到病毒载量测量所需的仪器体积、成本和操作的复杂性,在医疗基础设施较差的偏远地区 (尤其是在被HIV感染人群比例较高的地区) 普及标准的病毒载量测量仪器是较为困难的。为提高该检测方法的普及性,人们已经开始开发可以进行即时检测的病毒载量检测平台,然而尚没有解决办法能够同时满足低成本、便携、易于操作等多种实际要求。本文通过运用微流体和微型硅晶片平台,对经过最低程度处理的含有HIV的全血样本进行了逆转录环介导等温扩增 (RT-LAMP),并利用智能手机进行了荧光检测。集成实验检测结果表明,一滴约60 nL的反应液滴中仅有的3个病毒依然可以通过RT-LAMP技术被检测到,这相当于每微升全血样品中只有670个病毒。该技术在数字化RT-LAMP方法上具有重要意义,扩展该技术能够实现对HIV阳性患者在临床护理中采集指血进行病毒载量检测。研究结果显示,病毒载量检测过程所需的各个步骤,从血滴的准备到RT-LAMP反应的成像,都可以集成为晶片实验并且可以和移动设备兼容。

快速、灵敏、即时检测致病菌对食品安全至关重要。在这项研究中,开发了一种新的量子点纳米珠标记的侧流免疫检测试纸条(QB-labelled LFIAS)结合链置换环介导的等温扩增(SD-LAMP)技术,用于定量检测鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(ST)。量子点纳米珠(QB)作为荧光报告材料,具有良好的检测效率。在LAMP中使用了可定制的链置换(SD)探针,以提高方法的特异性并防止副产物捕获。检测基于夹心免疫分析法。荧光条读取器测量测试(T)线和对照(C)线的荧光强度(FI)。条带的线性检测范围为每毫升102 ~ 108个菌落形成单位(CFU)。视觉检出限为103 CFU·mL−1,表明该系统的灵敏度是AuNP 标记试纸的10 倍。根据聚合酶链反应(PCR)和SD-LAMP的琼脂糖凝胶输出分析ST 特异性。在食品中检测到ST,回收率为85%~110%。该方法快速、简便,几乎不需要设备,适用于食品中的细菌检测和临床诊断。

针对目前较少关注的Ti-V微合金体系,在Formaster—FII 膨胀仪上进行奥氏体/铁素体两相区等温,在铁素体相变同时获得Ti、V复合相间析出。采用金相、透射电子显微镜对显微组织、尤其是相间析出形貌、及其与铁素体基体的位向关系进行了观察与分析。研究表明,650 ℃为静态等温相变的鼻温点,相间析出呈层状分布,具有平面和曲面两种形貌,相间析出碳化物与铁素体基体之间存在Baker-Nutting 取向关系。

快速、准确地诊断以及及时对感染严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)的患者进行隔离被认为是抗击新冠病毒肺炎(COVID-19)大流行的最有效的措施。本文介绍了一款高通量、多指标的等温扩增检测平台(RTisochipTM-W),该平台使用离心式微流控芯片,在90 min内即可完成一次运行,从16个样本中检测出包括SARS-CoV-2在内的19种常见呼吸道病毒。通过RTisochipTM-W系统检测的所有病毒的检出限均等于或小于50拷贝· μL−1,与常规逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)灵敏度相当。该系统具有重复性好、鲁棒性强和特异性高的优点。最后,使用RTisochipTM-W系统对201例临床前样本、14例COVID-19阳性临床样本、25例临床确诊样本以及614例来自呼吸道感染或疑似感染的患者的临床样本进行了测试。测试结果与临床诊断结果吻合良好,也反映出呼吸道传染病的流行特征。在对SARS-CoV-2的诊断上,RTisochipTM-W系统与参考试剂盒的一致性达到98.15%。基于大量的测试结果,我们相信RTisochipTM-W系统是一款抗击COVID-19大流行的强有力工具。
